PARISH COUNCIL MONTHLY MEETING

AGENDA

1. Declarations of Interest & Apologies.

2. Parish Council vacancies update – co-option of new Councillor – Susan Waring.

3. North Kesteven District Council – elections results – welcome to new Councillors Jim Clarke and Andrew Hagues.

4. Open Forum – Members of the public may address the Parish Council – to assist with smooth running of meeting if possible, please forward a note of any queries to the Clerk prior to the meeting.

5. Minutes of the Meetings held on l5th May 2023.

6. Matters arising -

  1. Police – 30mph speed signs & Community Speed Watch update request for equipment   
  2. Neighbourhood Plan – finalising report
  3. Highway & footpath matters –   
  4. Tree works – order given to NKDC tree department     
  5. Community Building – maintenance update.      
  6. Play area, playing field and Community Green – up date – (1) playpark development refurbishment of area – initial order given children’s swing unit and zip wire. (2) new gate installation update. (3) Community Facilities FCC Community Foundation application completed for grant funding update.  
  7.  War Memorial – entrance slope- order given for entrance step to be installed
  8. Burial Ground – cremation added to current site.    
  9. Queen’s Jubilee & King’s Coronation – trees planted – plaques to be erected following Coronation.
  10. Village Hall – Villager of the Year Notice Board update,
  11. Public seating – Guidance and statutory requirements from NKDC – seat order
  12. Correspondence received to date including –1.  NKDC June Newsletter/post election guidance etc. 2. Riverslea Flood resilience - community drop in events, 3. Citizens Advice Mid Lincs Big Give Kind/Mind your money campaign, 4. Better Housing Better Health – free home energy advice.
  13. Planning matters received to date including – 1. Application erection a one and half storey dwelling land off Lincoln Road Leasingham Planning Reference 23/0546/FUL
  14.   Accounts – confirmation of accounts report previously circulated and authorisation of payments.
  15. Items for information only plus date of next PC Meeting
  16. Closed Session – due to confidential matters PC move to closed session.
