  2. Open Forum – Members of the public may address the Parish Council – to assist with smooth running of meeting, if possible, please forward a note of any queries to the Clerk prior to the meeting.

  1. Police Engagement Session North & South Kesteven 7th December online meeting -    Lincs Police Priority Setting Meeting & Community Speed Watch update.  
  2. Play area, playing field and Community Green
  3. Neighbourhood Plan – final report update – Referendum/Count Observers/Results Thursday 9th November 2023.
  4. Highway & footpath matters –1. Report - damaged highway sign top Captains Hill . 2. Request resurfacing footpath/overgrown hedge - The Square.      
  5. Tree works – order given to NKDC tree department     
  6. Community Building – (1) Maintenance update – Air Conditioning Units Service Agreement (2) Busy Bees Early Years & Nature Centre proposal use of Community Green (contract matter to be dealt with in closed session) amended meeting date up date – (3) playpark development refurbishment of area –Community Facilities FCC Foundation initial grant application completed – follow on application requirements document received ongoing completion -  (4)) Grounds maintenance – update.      
  7. War Memorial – possibility of entrance gate to be moved update 
  8. Burial Ground & Church and Church Yard – condition following flooding    
  9. Queen’s Jubilee & King’s Coronation – trees planted on site check– plaques to be erected following Coronation. Tree guards damaged.
  10. Village Hall – sub-committee for additional land update proposed meeting.
  11. Public seating – Guidance and statutory requirements from NKDC sent to Insurance Company for confirmation. Reply forwarded to NKKDC for approval update and siting position.
  12. NKDC Engagement Evening – update Councillor Waring.
  13. Flooding Report – follow on future action plan - damage to public and residential buildings – Playing field/Community Building, St Andrew’s CofE School, St. Andrew’s Church.  
  14. Remembrance Sunday 12th November – arrangements wreath laying ceremony 10.45am War Memorial Captains Hill  
  15. Correspondence received to date including - (1) NKDC enquiry inventory of street lights. (2) NKDC – Newsletter enquiry Christmas events for publication. (3) NKDC Register of Electors update. (4) NKDC Microsoft Teams Meeting 7th December. (5) NKDC “Leader for the Day” Writing Competition poster. (6) LCC Town & Parish Council Newsletter October 2023  
  16. Planning matters received to date including – 1.  Application – Alterations & extensions to existing dwelling formation of rear raised patio and decked rea together with replacement roof tiles, facias and soffits throughout. West Lodge Westfield Rod Leasingham Planning reference 23/1189/HOUS. 2. Talkplanning Central Lincolnshire Plan Team – consultation Validation lists consultation.     
  17.   Accounts – confirmation of accounts report previously circulated and authorisation of payments.
