1.Police & Community Speed Watch – Community Speed Watch 30mph signs
2.Neighbourhood Plan –
3.Highway & footpath matters – Notification A17 thin surface replacement package between Byards Leap and Holdingham Roundabout from 11th April for six weeks details of overnight closures etc.
4. Tree works – order given to NKDC tree department
5.Community Building – maintenance update.
6. Play area, playing field and Community Green – up date – (1) playpark development refurbishment of area – commencement of work initial order given children’s swing unit and zip wire. (2) new gate installation order/site meeting. (3) Community Facilities FCC Community Foundation application completed for grant funding.
7. War Memorial – entrance slope.
8. Queen’s Jubilee & King’s Coronation – trees planted – plaques to be erected following Coroination
9. Village Hall – Villager of the Year Notice Board update,
10. Public seating – Guidance and statutory requirements from NKDC. Siting query from LCC to be confirmed.
11. District & Town Parish Council Elections Thursday 4th May 2023 – confirmation of nominations made.
