The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will take place on MONDAY 16TH MAY 2022

1. Nomination and election of Chairman.
2. Nomination and election of Vice Chairman
3. Confirmation of completion of Forms. Declarations of Acceptance of Office, Local Code of Conduct and Register of Members Interests.
4. Appointment of representatives Sub-Committees and Village Organisations.
a. Planning sub-committee – Chairman, Vice Chairman and three Councillors.
b. Footpath Sub-committee – three Councillors
c. Village Hall Representative – two Councillors
d. Community Building and Playing Field Area sub-committee – Chairman, Vice Chairman and three Parish Councillors
e. Parish Community Awards – at present Councillor Hibberd and two residents who were past Councillors.
f. Neighbourhood Development Plan – two Councillors.
