1. Declarations of Interest & Apologies. – update on PC vacancy position.
2. Open Forum – Members of the public may address the Parish Council – to
assist with smooth running of meeting if possible, please forward a note of
any queries to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
1. Minutes of the Meetings held on 15th August 2022 - Matters arising from
this and previous Minutes
2. Police & Community Speed Watch update.
3. Neighbourhood Plan – Update Report No.67
4. Highway & footpath matters –1. LCC footway drainage works The Lea link
footway between The Lea and The Link date amendment 10.10.22 to
12.10.22 restriction for three days as and when required during this period.
5. Community Building – maintenance update – canopy – defibrillator enquiry .
6. Play area, playing field and Community Green – up date – (1) weekly
safety inspection reports. (2) playpark development refurbishment of area –
funding applications. (3) Community Green.
7. Burial Ground & Church Yard
8. Queen’s Jubilee – PC arrangements/choice of tree and site.
9. Correspondence received to date including – 1. Anglian Waters proposed
new reservoirs
10. Planning Matters received to date including –
11. Accounts – confirmation of accounts report previously circulated and
authorisation of payments.
12. Items for information only plus date of next PC Meeting
13. Closed Session – due to confidential matters PC move to closed session.
