Edore – update on PC vacancy position.
2. Open Forum – Members of the public may address the Parish Council – to
assist with smooth running of meeting if possible, please forward a note of
any queries to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
1. Minutes of the Meetings held on 11 th July 2022 - Matters arising from this
and previous Minutes
2. Police – Lincolnshire Strong Voices Project & Community Speed Watch
update.
3. Neighbourhood Plan – Update Report
4. Highway & footpath matters –1. LCC footway drainage works The Lea link
footway between The Lea and The Link 22.08.22 to 01.09.22 restriction for
three days as and when required during this period.
5. Community Building – maintenance update – canopy – defibrillator enquiry
– damage to air conditioning units.
6. Play area, playing field and Community Green – up date – (1) weekly
safety inspection reports. (2) playpark development refurbishment of area –
funding applications. (3) Community Green - entrance damage to area. (4)

7. Burial Ground & Church Yard – annual inspection taking place 6pm–
Church yard followed by Roxholm Road burial ground.
8. Queen’s Jubilee – PC arrangements/choice of tree and site.
9. New Code of Conduct – formal adoption by PC.
