PARISH COUNCIL MONTHLY MEETING

ON MONDAY 5th DECEMBER 2022 7pm in the COMMUNITY BUILDING

AGENDA

  1. Declarations of Interest & Apologies.
  2. Co-option of new Parish Councillor  
  3. Open Forum – Members of the public may address the Parish Council – to assist with smooth running of meeting if possible, please forward a note of any queries to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
  4. Minutes of the Meetings held on 14th November 2022.
  5. Matters arising -
  1. Police – Lincs Police Priority Setting Meetings – details required on village priorities & Community Speed Watch update.   
  2. Neighbourhood Plan – Examiners Update Report No.
  3. Highway & footpath matters – (1) LCC update on A15 speed limit signs    
  4. Tree works – order given to NKDC tree department     
  5. Community Building – maintenance update replacement, – defibrillator received complimentary installation dated to be confirmed.       
  6. Play area, playing field and Community Green – up date – (1) playpark development refurbishment of area – commencement of work, community green boundary hedge.
  7.  War Memorial – entrance slope. Burial Ground – hedge trimming, memorial application   
  8. Queen’s Jubilee – PC arrangements/choice of tree/broad leaved lime confirmation of order – community open space back of St. Andrew’s Church yard.  
  9. Correspondence received to date including – 1. Confirmation of Code of Conduct completion of forms. Lincs Police Parishes Priority Setting Meetings Feedback,    
  10. Planning Matters received to date including – 1.     
  11. Accounts – confirmation of accounts report previously circulated and authorisation of payments.
  12. Items for information only plus date of next PC Meeting
  13. Closed Session – due to confidential matters PC move to closed session.
