Agenda & Meeting Notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Leasingham and Roxholm Parish Council will be held on Monday 08 December 2025, starting at 7pm, at the Spring Lane Community Building.

Members of the public and press are welcome to attend, and a Public Forum session will be available during the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes.  Alternatively, questions or short statements can be submitted to the Clerk in advance of the meeting via clerk@leasinghamroxholm-pc.gov.uk

All Members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda

1.  To receive apologies for absence and reasons given, i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

2.  To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

3.  Public Forum and reports from District and County Councillors.

4.  Notes of the ordinary meeting of Leasingham and Roxholm Parish Council held at the Community Building at the Playing Field on Monday 13 October 2025 to be approved as Minutes.

5.  Consider any application for Co-Option as a Parish Councillor.

6.  Receive reports from the Clerk and Councillors in relation to the minutes and other Council matters.
No resolutions may be passed under this item but requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda can be made.

7.  Financial Matters.
a.  Approve payments made since the last meeting.
b.  Approve the payments of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.
c.  Approve the bank reconciliation for November 2025.
d.  Consider any Community Benefit Fund Applications.
e.  Consider updated budget review.

8.  Planning Matters.
a.  25/1349/FUL – Retrospective application for change of use of land to residential, erection of fencing, and siting of timber shed including an area of hardstanding at 11 St Johns Close, Leasingham, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 8LU.

9.Correspondence.
Current list circulated.

10.  Receive an update from Cllr Bailey on the Emergency Storage facility leaflet drop.

11.  Receive the Play Area Inspection Report and consider a course of action on any of the outcomes.

12.  Confirm the date of the next meeting.

13.  To resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act  1960, as amended by Section 100 of the Local Government Act 1972 to discuss the following matters.
a.  Hire agreement matters – consider request from Leasingham Junior Football Club.
