1. Welcome and opening address.
2. Notes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting, held on Monday 8 April 2024 to be approved as Minutes.
3. Receive a Report from the Chairman for 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
4. Receive an Annual Report on behalf of North Kesteven District Council from D/Cllrs A Hagues and Cllr J Clark, if available.
5. Receive an Annual Report on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council from Cty/Cllr R Wright, if available
6. Receive questions from the public regarding Council business between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024
7. Receive a short presentation from Busy Bees Early Years & Nature Centre with regard to their future plans.
Following the conclusion of the Annual Parish Meeting, the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will commence and residents are welcome to stay.
