Agenda & Meeting Notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Leasingham and Roxholm Parish Council will be held on

Monday 09 December 2024, starting at 7pm, at the Spring Lane Community Building.  Members of the public and press are welcome to attend, and a Public Forum session will be available during the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes.  Alternatively, questions or short statements can be submitted to the Clerk in advance of the meeting via email clerk@leasinghamroxholm-pc.gov.uk.

All Members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda

1.  To receive apologies for absence and reasons given, i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

2.  To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

3.  Public Forum and reports from District and County Councillors.

4.  Notes of an Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council held at the Community Building at the Playing Field on Monday 11 November 2024 to be approved as Minutes.

5.  Consider any applications for Councillor Co-Option.

6.  Receive reports from the Clerk and Councillors in relation to the minutes and other Council matters.
No resolutions may be passed under this item but requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda can be made.

7.  Financial Matters

a.  Approve payments made since the last meeting.

b.  Approve the payments of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.

c.  Approve the bank reconciliation for November 2024.

d.  Consider the cost for signage on the Community Building.

e.  Consider the request from Bardney Group Parish Council in respect of a financial contribution to the Clerk undertaking CiLCA.

f.  Consider any Community Benefit Fund grant applications received.

8.  Planning Matters.
No planning notification received to date.

9.  Correspondence.
Current list circulated.

10.  Emergency Plan.

a.  Consider the purchase of a shed, including base, for the storage of flood immediate response equipment.

b.  Consider the purchase a quantity of shovels and sand bags filling equipment.

c.  Consider wording for sign to be attached to emergency equipment storage shed.

11.  Consider the concept of a printed newsletter for the Leasingham and Roxholm and how it might be managed and by whom.

12.  Confirm the date of the next meeting.
