Agenda & Meeting Notice
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Leasingham and Roxholm Parish Council will be held on
Monday 15 April 2024, starting at 7pm, at the Spring Lane Community Building. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend, and a Public Forum session will be available during the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes. Alternatively, questions or short statements can be submitted to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.
All Members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Agenda
1. To receive apologies for absence and reasons given, i.a.w. Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
2. To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
3. Public Forum.
4. Notes of the ordinary meeting of the Parish Council held at the Community Building at the Playing Field on Monday 11 March 2024 to be approved as Minutes.
5. Receive reports from the Clerk and Councillors in relation to the minutes and other Council matters.
No resolutions may be passed under this item but requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda can be made.
6. Financial Matters
a. Approve payments made since the last meeting.
b. Approve the payments of invoices etc. as listed on the Payments to be Authorised sheet.
c. Approve the bank reconciliation for March 2024.
d. Note the figures at Section 2 – Accounting Statement for 20234/24, on the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2023/24 Form 3.
e. Consider the purchase of two plaques for Her Majesty Queen Elizaeth II Platinum Jubilee & His Majesty King Charles III Coronation trees previously planted.
f. Consider the cost of products to lay the path beside the War Memorial as agreed under minute ref: 25.d. page 10-2024 (12 February 2024).
7. Planning Matters.
a. 23/0546/FUL – Appeal Reference: APP/R2520/W/23/3335621, relating to the erection of a one and a half storey dwelling on land off Lincoln Road, Leasingham, NG34 8JT.
8. Correspondence.
Current list circulated.
9. Consider the amendment and adoption of the following documents.
a. Standing Orders 2018 (England), updated April 2022.
b. Financial Regulations (England) July 2019.
10. Consider whether to have signage on Community Building and if so, the wording.
11. Confirm the date of the next meetings, to include;
a. Annual Parish Meeting (APM).
b. Annual Meeting of the Parish Council (AMPC).
12. To resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended by Section 100 of the Local Government Act 1972 to discuss the following matters.
a. Consider the Clerk’s contract of Employment, paragraph 3.
