Leasingham & Roxholm Parish Council Accounts Report

Under delegated powers the Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer (RFO)
and following approval by the PC members at the meeting held on 11 th
September 2023 the undermentioned accounts were paid:-
1. North Kesteven District Council Fee for uncontested Parish
Council election 4.5.232 includes charges for returning officer,
clerical, printing, and postage £82.70.
2. E. Kennedy – Clerk & RFO £672.80
3. S G Speight – Litter Picker £75.67
4. Norman Anderson – Parish Operative £113.50
5. HMRC - £352.97
6. Glendale Countryside grass cutting August £545.04, remove fallen
tree, cut boundary football pitch, clear Spring Lane entrance
including stream £744.00 - total £1289.04.
7. Neighbourhood Planning Groundwork UK R/C 291558 refund of
unused funding allowance £217.76
8. Pest Express Ltd – removal of wasps nest Children’s Play area
wooded site £108.00.
E.ON payment Community Building1st to 31st August 2023 £128.54
direct from bank.
Public Works Loan Board (loan Community Building) twice yearly
payment made £760.00 direct from Bank.
NKDC Service Level Agreement Parish Funding Litter Picking Grant
availability notification (2022 received £353.64) – request to be made.
VAT refund claim made for period 05.01.2022 to 31.03.2023 £2,284.50
