Leasingham & Roxholm Parish Council 12th JUNE 2023 Accounts Report

 

Accounts for payment under delegated powers the Clerk/Responsible (RFO) and the following approval by the PC members at the meeting held on 12th June 2023 under-mentioned accounts were paid:-

 

  1. Norman Anderson – Parish Operative £170.15 (note six and half hours overtime) paid.
  2. S G Speight – Litter Picker £75.47
  3. E. Kennedy – Clerk and RFO £672.80
  4. HMRC – April 2023 £367.37.
  5. Glendale Countryside Ltd – Grass cutting War Memorial verge, Play Area, Bowls Green £252.50
  6. Vale Sport & Leisure – final payment supply and install gates to carpark £1420.00 (previously paid deposit of £2000.00).
  7. Halfleet three months RTI submissions - £48.00

 

 

E.ON Community Building 01.05.23 to 01.06.23 £401.11 (NB energy bill discount now reduced - £4.92 deducted)   

 

Grant Funding Application to FCC for play area refurbishment and extension application submitted to Board for consideration of the Board on 14th June 2023.
