  1. Police Matters – Dog theft, Safer driving campaign - Community Speed Watch – restarting update. 

  2. Leasingham Neighbourhood Plan committee – Progress Report, Copy Planning approval confirmation.

  3. Community Building – update – registered postal address, enquiry re hiring building       

  4. Playing field area/play area/Community Green Open Space & building – general use – Covid 19 restrictions update  

  5. Highway Matters – Holdingham Roundabout commence 15th February 2021 to December 2021 notice of road closures, update report. Potholes Lincoln Road, footpath access.

  6. Web site – update report conversion to new LCC site. 

  7. Peregrine next box – progress report

  8. NHS Social Care & Frontline Workers Day – order flag 

  9. Village Newsletter -update on current and future position.

  4. Covid 19 regulations – Lincolnshire into Nationwide lockdown.

  5. Valuation Office Agency – information request re burial ground.

  6. Report industrial littering Moor Lane. 

  7. Village Scarecrow Competition – report application for funding prize

6.         Planning matters – notifications received to date including – Application Notice –

  1. Replacement of existing windows Leasingham Hall Captains Hill Planning ref.21/0359/LBS
  2. Erection single storey rear extension 30 Lincoln Road Planning reference 21/0354/HOUS,
  3. Outline application demolition of existing double garage and erection of two bed bungalow with integral garage using existing access (all other matters reserved) Planning Reference 21/0449/OUT.
  4. Condition query access  issue development land off Spring Lane proposed erection 9 no.dwellings …….Planning Approval Notice 20/0577/FUL

7.         Accounts passed for payment as per accounts report previously circulated.

8.         Annual Accounts – external auditor notice 2020/21. Appointment of internal auditor.

9.         Items for information only including date of next PC meeting which will be combination of Annual Parish Meeting, Annual General Meeting and ordinary PC monthly business.  

10.       Closed session – due to confidential matters the Parish Council move into Closed Session.
