  2. Highway matters – St. Johns Close – concern footpath reinstatement works.
  3. New Correspondence - received to date previously circulated.
  4. Planning matters – received to date previously circulated.
  5. Accounts passed for payment – as per account report previously circulated.
  6. Items for information only – including date and venue of next Parish Council monthly meeting.
  7. Closed session – due to confidential matters the Parish Council move into closed session.
