Leasingham & Roxholm Parish Council 5 th December 2022 Accounts Report
Accounts for payment – under delegated powers the Clerk/Responsible Financial
Officer (RFO) and following approval by the PC members at the PC meeting held on
14 th November 2022 the undermentioned accounts were paid:-
1. Norman Anderson – reimburse £54.22 slab at war memorial, posts, rope and
padlock playing field. Mileage for month 16 miles £9.60
2. Newman Moore Ltd – replacement two septic tank drain covers £609.98
3. S. Henton – website work Neighbourhood Plan £40.00
4. Vale Sport & Leisure Ltd – balance due supply and install outdoor gym
equipment, remove and reinstall new fence line and access gate £12077.00
5. Inagiffy Ltd – supply copier paper £40.00.
6. S G Speight – Litter Picker £68.60
7. Norman Anderson – Parish Operative £105.30 monthly salary plus payment
three and half extra hours, expenses £54.22 for slab/posts/rope and padlock
sixteen miles travel £9.60 total
8. E. Kennedy – Clerk’s salary £555.20
9. HMRC - £463.97
E.ON payment direct from bank 22nd November 2022 £63.41
